Beach Community gets Bride to the Altar

Events by Katherine planned a beach wedding and outdoor reception for Vanessa and Mike.  Along with their bridal party, they had to go through a tunnel underpass to get to the beach for their ceremony.  It was high tide that day and as they approached the tunnel a large swell filled the tunnel passage with water.  Not to be detoured, the bridal party starting stripping off shoes and socks.  Some waded through, and some groomsmen carried the bridesmaids on their backs.  As we were trying to figure out how to get the bride to the beach without ruining her dress, local beach goers sprang to action and used their towels to transport sand to the water logged tunnel, creating a sand bar to allow the bride to walk through.  Everyone cheered as she made it to the beach safely and was able to head to her ceremony to get married.  Thank you to the San Clemente beach community for rallying together that day to get the bride to the altar!
